The corporation practices and implements its activities through an organized institutional structure, based on division of labor amongst all its highly-qualified and specialized personnel, under the supervision of a General Manager.
First: From the organizational and administrative point of view, there are two administrative levels:
The Head Office consists of different specialized administrations, and its located in the capital city of Sana’a, which is responsible for the overall corporation’s activities and representations, it includes the following administrations:
The Branches are represented by the selling centers spread countrywide and in populated areas. On top of them the branch office in Sana’a. In addition, province centers such as Aden, Taiz, Hodiedah, Hadramout and Ibb.
To ensure the best job performance, the corporation has created a good infrastructure including showrooms, warehouses, transportation and communication means.
Second: From the functional & division of labor point of view, the corporation includes work groups on the following basis:
In addition to the above groups, more than 25 employees are working as permanent staff in scientific and technical jobs that corresponds to the nature of the corporation works and activities.
In order to activate promotional and marketing policies for the products it deals with, the Corporation trains scientific representatives and deputes to promote and market the company’s products which we are their exclusive agents.
In the framework of cooperation & transparency, the corporation also promotes and markets products of other companies which provides our corporation all or parts of their products. What has raised the efficiency and importance of what the corporation is doing and as a part of loyalty to the companies we are dealing with; which provide us competitive prices, we avoid dealing with two companies producing same or alike products simultaneously, ensuring that each product of these products will get the right of promotion and marketing.
Public relations in our corporation are playing an active role in continuous communication with different categories related to the work and activities of the corporation. It occupies a great part of the Head Office interests through the allocation of good budget to implement its duties.
Al-Wafa’a Medical Corporation has always been looking ahead and to the future with optimistic perspectives through its unlimited ambitions to cope with the international scientific progress and advancements, and seeking to reach to cooperation and partnership with companies of scientific inventions and innovations pacing alongside with the modern world of medical technologies.
